Q: How much do you charge?

Q: What part of London do you work in?
A: See this map but basically we cover all Central London and some adjoining areas.

Q: How many dogs are walked at any one time?
A: 1st4 London Dog Walking believes in small groups of up to 4 dogs, or one on one.

Q: Will I meet my dog walker?
A: Yes. We offer a free face-to-face initial consultation in order to understand your dog's personality and needs.

Q: Do you arrange picking up and dropping off the dogs?
A: We do not use cars or vans. We collect your dog from your home at an agreed time set by you and then return them after their walk.

Q: Are you police checked?
A: Yes. All our walkers are carefully selected, interviewed, referenced and fully checked by the police.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. 1st4 London Dog Walking is fully insured via a specialist pet care insurance agency which is organised by the National Association of Registered Pet Sitters, whom we are members with. Feel free to ask for a copy of our insurance certificate.

Q: Do you do off-hours walking?
A: Yes, but please contact us to discuss. Please see our price list for details.

Q: What do I do if I need to cancel?
A: Please contact us by email or telephone giving at least 24 hours notice.

Q: What do you do in case of an emergency?
A: In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. In the original consultation, we ensure that we have all the family emergency contact details. If veterinary assistance is needed, we will take your dog to your named vet or, depending on the circumstances, to the nearest possible one.
